Advice , cat with worms?

Roundworms (Ascarids) make a liver to lung migration in the animals body and can be coughed up. If the cat is young then the roundworms probably came from Momma in vitro. OTC wormers are iffy, I would get a wormer from the vet. But there is no need to worm all your pets unless you know for sure that they have something.
