I want to save a few calories and I usually always use 2 entire/whole eggs. Tomorrow I might start using 1 entire/whole egg and then 1 egg white to lower the calories in my omelette. Will it taste much different? What does it taste like? I'm going to be adding a bit of cayenne pepper powder/spice to it, along with some jalepeno peppers and maybe bits of some ham or mortadella.
